Offer a wellness program FREE like chiropractic, acupuncture and Massage for retail, outlets and factory store employees. Being in corporate you don't SEE let alone EXPERIENCE the wear and tear on one's body. Employees are not compensated enough for the hard work that is REQUIRED for the job
