The interview process was difficult, but was efficient and fair. They got me through the process in 2 weeks total. They really want to make sure they are hiring above the bar and hiring top talent.

While they have a responsibility to the financial performance of the company, they also do a really great job balancing that with the interests of EEs. Leadership really does carefully think things through before implement
