The interview process was very quick, it lasted less than 5 minutes.
I think the managers need better training on how to treat their employees and not to assume things.
We all get along and know what needs to be done, we easily divide up tasks to get our work done quickly and without issues. We communicate more than our managers do.
We often didn't get our 30 minutes unpaid lunch when working 8 or more hours. We were lucky if we even got our 10 minute break. They cared more about us pushing sales than about us being hungry or needing bathroom breaks.
The managers are always yelling at us for things we're not even doing, or doing wrong. They won't listen when we explain ourselves. Some supervisors are young, and they think just because they're in charge, they can be mean to us and there is nothing we can do about it.
They need to be better at communicating with each other. I have one manager telling me to do one thing, and when I do it, another manager comes over and yells at me that I need to be doing something else. They walk off while I'm trying to talk to them about it.
