Transparency - communication is key and our weekly meetings (short and sweet!) allow everyone to know the state of the company. Our leaders are also "in the trenches" with us - so no one feels like there are ivory towers.
We are expected to be the best at our craft, and the company pays us as such. They perform market research to ensure we are being paid above market, and that when they expect a lot from us, we are compensated for the expectation.
