Everyone is on the same level as a team. no one is treated as they are lower than another and you can feel comfortable even going to the CEO with concerns.
The management team is always looking for feedback from the different teams, because the teams are the ones who are in it on a day to day basis and understand what we are doing well and where we can make adjustments.
