It's the first time I've ever felt like I was ACTUALLY on a team. Sometimes things aren't clear but I feel that's kind of how start-up life is. I like how we provide feedback and it's immediately addressed and changes are made.

The money. But honestly they overpay you to deal with the nonsense that is Steadily (specifically the OP location).

Benefits are very expensive, but the pay structure is much higher than other companies allowing you to pay for those a little easier.
Having stock in the company is pretty awesome!
Equity in the company, and highest pay for not only salary but commission as well. It's unmatched.
Their top of market pay value is no longer true. They are average.

The multiple layers of the interview.
The immediate feedback/response if I was moving forward in the next step.
It was intense regarding 4 interviews, but overall they weren't hard. It just takes like 2 weeks to get through it all.
Multiple people interview you, because someone might be able to convince one person they're "worth it," but having multiple people agree typically means you'll be successful in that position.
How candid they were throughout the process and getting a real life glimpse at a day in the life.
Revamping the entire process because hiring the top 10% is such a load.
