What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are true leaders and genuine
It's the first time I've ever felt like I was ACTUALLY on a team. Sometimes things aren't clear but I feel that's kind of how start-up life is. I like how we provide feedback and it's immediately addressed and changes are made.
They make you feel comfortable when reaching out.
Clear communication across the board. Everyone is always on the same page.
Their openness and candor. They're humble and willing to admit mistakes. I trust their leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The money. But honestly they overpay you to deal with the nonsense that is Steadily (specifically the OP location).
Salary is very competetive very
Benefits are very expensive, but the pay structure is much higher than other companies allowing you to pay for those a little easier.
Having stock in the company is pretty awesome!
Equity in the company, and highest pay for not only salary but commission as well. It's unmatched.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their top of market pay value is no longer true. They are average.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Autonomy context freedom talent hustle
Everyone helps each other without complaining or saying "that isn't my job"!
We are all the top, best of the best, employees. We all work so hard and help each other
Everyone is super receptive and willing to help you be successful too.
Everyone is willing to jump in and help one another. Great group of true team players.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The select coworkers that do their job and make it easy to coexist.
Up front and HONEST with things that are and aren't working.
They all want you to win, therefore your peers are very helpful when you're in need or have a question.
We all have a common goal to succeed and work with the company we love.
They don't want me to just be a worker bee. I'm empowered to think through a problem and solve it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The multiple layers of the interview.
The immediate feedback/response if I was moving forward in the next step.
It was intense regarding 4 interviews, but overall they weren't hard. It just takes like 2 weeks to get through it all.
Multiple people interview you, because someone might be able to convince one person they're "worth it," but having multiple people agree typically means you'll be successful in that position.
How candid they were throughout the process and getting a real life glimpse at a day in the life.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Revamping the entire process because hiring the top 10% is such a load.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have the freedom to make decisions.
Knowing I am contributing towards the future of Steadily and what our culture is makes me the happiest
The fact that I can work from home makes me very happy.
Freedom, and top pay is what motivates me!
Knowing that we're filling a real need for people.
