What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Stericycle?
They seem to be very strict on somethings, but not to all employees. I have never worked for supervisors who seem to careless for their employees.

How flexible is your work schedule at Stericycle?
Very strict, like a rock. No flexiblity at all. Not usually that way for someone in management.

I was in the training department for IT, so no operational questions.

HR seems to be in place to protect upper mangament.

IT skills are very helpful.

There is not a lot of concern for the employees overall. I have heard some good stories and bad when lay-off are concerned.

Once you get manager level not many.
