Marketing leadership needs to require technical team to take RFP training, and replace the staff that leave or are promoted.
Poor rating of CEO is for old CEO not present one. Old CEO was demented and out of his mind and would berate employees constantly. Thank God for New CEO who seems level headed and insightful and basically not violent like the old one!
