Always willing to help out and making sure the job gets done
Compared to other companies in the area I am not paid enough.
The management team needs to stop down grading the employees behind closed doors. There is never a time or moment that they do not make fun of or talk about someone.
They need better managers that care and can walk the walk not just talk about how they are going to make it better for the employees. They also need to learn how to plan better.
