The 5% match. Also, we have been getting a bonus in our checks lately
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies in the area I am not paid enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows the Strategic Goals, Tactical Objectives to achieve them and the actions they need to take to enable success.

Honest hard working excellent have integrity

Engaging hard work demanding changing

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company ethos- less corporate, more inviting, warm and reflective of customer needs
The management team needs to stop down grading the employees behind closed doors. There is never a time or moment that they do not make fun of or talk about someone.

The People - They make it worthwhile !
When I can switch up what I am doing and not get bored
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need better managers that care and can walk the walk not just talk about how they are going to make it better for the employees. They also need to learn how to plan better.
