Providence management consists of meetings upon meetings upon meetings. It appears there is some level of brain washing involved. Many former coworkers who became managers completely changed in personality and desired leadership style. Resulting in cold, unsupportive, adversarial & absent managemen.
Providence needs a complete reversal in their business model. Should strive to make Providence best place to work best place to receive care. Not best place to be unnecessary administrator finding ways to cut costs and give themselves a raise and bonus!
Staffing wages that are livable in area I work & live. Staffing ratios in all areas that allows us to safely, compassionately deliver care. Good pay, benefits for front line staff & managers. Commitment, appreciation -best place to work goals will bring employees and not drive them away.
