
It is pretty good. Amount of PTO varies based on time in seat. The first few years you get 3 weeks, then a few years after that 4, then 5, and so on. You can roll over 40hrs each year into the following year but must us your roll over before March 30th. We also have a few floating holidays, volunteer time off, and a few holidays. The holidays we get off are limited compared to industry standard,
