Review from Customer Success Dept
Syndigo has been a good company for me. They have given me the time off when needed unexpectedly. They understand work life balance and offer good benefits.
Review from Operations Dept
It has been an extremely good growth path but also very frustrating. Employees in operations are not compensated fairly compared to commercial, when the turnover in commercial is significantly higher than in ops. The turnover makes the ops jobs a lot harder and we have to pick up the slack.
