I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.
I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.

I like that the days aren't always the same. We are always working a step ahead. I like that I'm in a place where there's a collective fear of complacency. Yet there's a balance, because certain work has to get done while other horizons are explored and tested.
The recruiter was very personable and our first conversation felt like a conversation, not an interview. Then as far as the interviewing team went, I was nervous at first but then the team was really relatable and friendly. Communication was light years faster than anywhere else I applied.
