I love the flexibility of our retirement benefits. We have a 401k match which can be invested in a Roth and/or traditional, and an HSA. Employees can manage our investments easily any time we want. You can move investments or increase allocations without going through HR.

we are not getting paid the most in our fields, but our package includes some savings/benefits that compared to other places I've worked, kind of balances out. Free health care coverage, wellness stipend, no commute or paying for parking. 12 weeks fully paid family leave, unlimited PTO.
I'd say the package is comprehensive. Free health care, wellness stipend, 401k match 5%. Saving a ton of gas money with remote.
