I love our culture of innovation. Technology has always been the beating heart of Terakeet. We build technology to help our people execute, so there's a constant collaborative feedback loop of building, iterating, and testing that doesn't exist at many other companies

probably that it is what you make of it coupled with the people, they are the type to make the most of their opportunities so that's a good mix
its there for anyone. it seems anyone could also start their own thing and make it available to people, and there would be people who join in and the company seems to encourage that. you can show up as yourself.
We celebrate those who live our core values through shoutouts every week at our company meetings. Anyone in the company can raise their hand and offer gratitude for anyone else — whether they've been at the company for one day or a decad
We're a remote company, so it's hard to talk about "environment". But I love that I can wrap myself in whatever I need to be most productive at home — music, lighting, temperature, etc. Our culture is open, collaborative, and innovative.
Freedom to attack problems at our own pace and with our own strategies
Review from Marketing Dept
The freedom to experiment and try new things. Terakeet pushes people to have an entrepreneurial mindset which I love.
Review from Marketing Dept
Terakeet has a supportive and collaborative culture that supports remote work without sacrificing connection
People are kind, managers are spread thin but are understanding and hardworking
People for the most part get along and build friendships.
The culture is great, especially for a fully remote company
Review from HR Dept
Colleague's and management's commitment to flexibility, support, and understanding.
It feels cultish. The same cliques are celebratee repeatedly during "circle up" shoutouts.
