Historically, leadership is exceptional at reading the pulse of the industry and staying ahead of changes. Leadership also regularly listens to and incorporates employee feedback into our business strategy to ensure we have the best place to work.

The LT is very open to listening and responsive to feedback. This has improved dramatically over the past few years and I think they are hearing and addressing concerns head on.

Review from Marketing Dept
Terakeet has great healthcare benefits and time off. Very appreciative of their commitment to their employees in both of these areas.

We all have so much trust and respect for each other. It's easy to share ideas and hear suggestions without animosity. Our team is like Voltron — working together to solve the same problems and meet the same goa

I love how much we all trust each other. We all genuinely care about each other, help each other grow, and work together to have the biggest impact on our department and the business.
Everyone on my team has a unique skillset and each of us are allowed to pursue it

I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.
probably that it is what you make of it coupled with the people, they are the type to make the most of their opportunities so that's a good mix

its there for anyone. it seems anyone could also start their own thing and make it available to people, and there would be people who join in and the company seems to encourage that. you can show up as yourself.

We celebrate those who live our core values through shoutouts every week at our company meetings. Anyone in the company can raise their hand and offer gratitude for anyone else — whether they've been at the company for one day or a decad

We're a remote company, so it's hard to talk about "environment". But I love that I can wrap myself in whatever I need to be most productive at home — music, lighting, temperature, etc. Our culture is open, collaborative, and innovative.
Freedom to attack problems at our own pace and with our own strategies

Team was particularly good at trying to assess my potential while giving me the space to be a nervous interviewing person. They were relatable, asking what they needed to, I don't know, just a good balance

It's incredibly thorough. It's not just about filling an opening. It's about finding a mutually good fit for the team, clients, and business, as well as the applicant.

upper level communication- there's a lot of company-wide information being shared but sometimes it seems like there are people not on the same page as one another the higher you go

I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.
