Terakeet is pushing the envelope of marketing and reputation management. There have been growing pains, but overall the company and its leadership is doing a lot to support its employees and clients through change.

You get out what you put in. If you're strategic, smart, innovate, etc. you will get taken care of. If you are conplacent, lazy or looking for a reason to complain, youll find one anywhere you go.

Terrible pay, unethical practices, no transparency, people randomly get fired for no reason

The LT is very open to listening and responsive to feedback. This has improved dramatically over the past few years and I think they are hearing and addressing concerns head on.

I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.

We're a remote company, so it's hard to talk about "environment". But I love that I can wrap myself in whatever I need to be most productive at home — music, lighting, temperature, etc. Our culture is open, collaborative, and innovative.

I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.
