- What did you like most about the interview process?it was nothing crazy, you hear some horror stories and it was pretty straight forward
- What makes you most happy at work?i like when the leadership does unexpected or funny things on our company meetings, its a nice reminder of just how much we are all allowed to come be ourselves at work
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?probably that it is what you make of it coupled with the people, they are the type to make the most of their opportunities so that's a good mix

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?upper level communication- there's a lot of company-wide information being shared but sometimes it seems like there are people not on the same page as one another the higher you go
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.
