What makes you most happy at work?I absolutely love solving challenge, and that's what I get to do all the time!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We're a remote company, so it's hard to talk about "environment". But I love that I can wrap myself in whatever I need to be most productive at home — music, lighting, temperature, etc. Our culture is open, collaborative, and innovative.
What are some of the best things about your team?I love how much we all trust each other. We all genuinely care about each other, help each other grow, and work together to have the biggest impact on our department and the business.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Think about the effect your actions have on the world.
