- What did you like most about the interview process?I love that it's not just about skills. It's about fit. Are you the right fit for Terakeet, and is the company a good fit for you? Culture plays a big role in whether you feel fulfilled in a role. I love that Terakeet considers that.
- What makes you most happy at work?I love seeing my personal impact on the company, whether it's helping my team, supporting another department, or seeing something I created drive business value. I feel fulfilled knowing that I matter, my work matters.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love our culture of innovation. Technology has always been the beating heart of Terakeet. We build technology to help our people execute, so there's a constant collaborative feedback loop of building, iterating, and testing that doesn't exist at many other companies

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?upper level communication- there's a lot of company-wide information being shared but sometimes it seems like there are people not on the same page as one another the higher you go
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?I think the sense of trust took a hit earlier this year with people losing their jobs. They told us it was a job elimination but I think people are just now uneasy. Increased financial transparency is a nice step forward.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I think there's got to be a better way to collaborate than Zoom meetings. I see some peoples' calendars are completely full and they feel inaccessible. Maybe one day a week there are no team meetings.
