There's very little teamwork on Textbroker.
It's rather slow, clunky and unintuitive; these problems solved, and it'd be adequate.
They need to stop pinching pennies with authors and either create something like Scribie's tier system, or they need to hire more editors that'll actually rate their employees in a fair, timely manner.
Better explaining our services to clients so they better know how to ask for what they want, and by creating a more involved, cooperative atmosphere for the authors. Also, update the leaderboard, it's been sitting there for six weeks.
Not only do writers have to write the original article, but they're also subject to handling any revisions that the client wants. Each writer is being paid one or two cents a word to work the job of writer and editor.
