Get rid of the management in Chicago. Or at least let the Toronto location run itself.
The local leadership team did the best they could with the inane restrictions placed on them by the Chicago team.
My local team was excellent and took on the brunt of work across three locations, as the others were shut down and inept at their jobs, respectively.
Incredibly low pay. Worked there 5 years and made less than the starting wage at many similar establishments. When I asked about a raise, they froze them for two years.
