I think we’re fairly compensated. A bonus wouldn’t hurt..
Leaders do not trust/respect their employees. Turnover is getting bad again.
My team is higly diverse and it’s always fun to learn about their history.
They’re always running after the shiny new project and cannot plan a quarter if their life depended on it.
Disagreeing with the CEO or management means that you’re a negative person. They abuse of the disagree and commit concept.
We have a very good mix of leaders with different skills. Once they agree on goal they move fast to get it to market.
We thrive to create a positive environment while being able to stay focus and achieve our goals. It's really hard to maintain, we don't achieve it every week but I have to say we do do a pretty good job at it overall.
