My rate is lower than market because I am a startup. Also, we have limited benefits and no 401K matching. They give us events and in office food, which we lost while we are still WFH. Nothing has replaced.

I've worked at Tommy John for several years and still get excited to go to work everyday. Tommy John hires good, smart people that are passionate about their roles and enjoy an end-of-the-day cocktail at the in-office bar. Tommy John is a fast paced, growing company with a lot of success ahead.
