What do you like best about the leadership team?
Founders are genuinely good people that built an incredible business from the ground up. They've surrounded themselves with smart people that are experts in their repective fields but always push to shatter the status quo. They make themselves available to all, and I've learned a lot from everyone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong base salary and good benefits. I would like more equity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My rate is lower than market because I am a startup. Also, we have limited benefits and no 401K matching. They give us events and in office food, which we lost while we are still WFH. Nothing has replaced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, hardworking people that are both curious and collaborative. Honestly a pleasure to work with and for.
The cross functional teams work exceptionally well together. Smart, collaborative group who believe in the products.
Cross functional teams are positive and collaborative, working towards a common goal.
All of them are talented and self-motivated. They could go work elsewhere, but choose to stay here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is the people, events, the office, the WFH flexibility and most notably the lasting relationships I've formed with past and present employees.

Working with people that I like and respect.
Really like the group of people that I work with and love the products.
