Any concerns staff voice 9/10 we are told to deal with it. Upper management wants to pretend everything is fine and that the staff is expendable.
Not paying the agent who transfer the call more for that app than the agent actually doing the enrollment. Receiving our comp plan at the beginning of the month instead of the middle of the month.
A value needs to be put on the quality of the enrollment instead of the quantity of enrollments. These are people's lives we're changing. There are a lot of people working here that view these vulnerable people as a paycheck and nothing else.
