
I feel as though the leadership is undervaluing and underpaying the agents, who are the ones making the company money. Depending on how many sales an agent has for the month, there may not be any commission paid to them, and that minimum is consistently going up every month.
As far as how customers perceive the business, we are ruining our reputation by calling customers every two hours every day - this does not make them want to work with us. Also telling them we received a request from them when their information was given by their insurance company is misleading.
I believe the commission needs to be more fair to the agents doing the work, and be available at the beginning of the month. I also would like to see top agents help responsible for their non-compliance. The most praised agents, also getting paid the most, are getting there by abusing the system.
