training that was promised, company vehicles, better than 3% raises, qual cards, company shirts, a clear cut career track to follow, lower the profit margin so employees can be paid better, 5 year plan is a crock if they aren't prepared to retain good employees
it's obvious that the exec team is only worried about profit and that it drives all of their decisions. morale is real low at my office because the corporate folks seemingly have not kept the promises that were given, nor do they seem to care

for the most past my coworkers are fine, but a lot are starting to look elsewhere for work because you can make more money elsewhere than at TRC. a lot of it has to do with the high profit margin that must be met. prices have gone up for our clients, but not for employees. bad morale problem in DEG
