  • Great for a startup.

  • It's unhealthy. They have incredibly high, undefined expectations. There is a lot of pressure to perform, but little support. It's easy to get wrapped up in the "culture" and fell pressured to do more, more, more. Most sales people work from 7:45-5:15pm-ish and take their computers home at night to do more prospecting, emailing, etc.

  • Very pragmaticly, based on need. Many promotions from within though.

  • It's erratic. I worked there for 2 years, and never figured out what the requirements were for promotion. When I asked the management, they couldn't tell me either.

  • There's not really one. Management prefers people to work together at the office. People are generally trusted to work from home when necessary, but have been asked to limit WFH days whenever possible.

  • On paper, it's great. They have an "open" vacation policy; however, due to the nature of the monthly sales cycles, no one on the sales team felt like they could take a vacation longer than a day without missing quota.
