The Customer Success team is a very intelligent, close group - a little family if you will. It is a think tank of progressive and innovative ideas, drive to learn, and full of opportunity to grow and succeed.

The opportunity to be apart of the overall vision and help direct the path of the product, processes, and the industry. Not being micro-managed and allowed to spread my creative wings, with a fair and reasonable level of accountability.
