What's the work from home policy like at AspenTech?
As a general rule, AspenTech does not allow people to work from home. However, I have found my management to be flexible and understanding when something comes up that requires me to work home for a day or two. You can't work from home 24/7....but they certainly will accommodate any urgent issues that arise.
How's the vacation policy at AspenTech?
3 weeks vacation to start. Extra vacation starts at 10 years
Does AspenTech have any remote positions?
If you’re asking specifically about the products department (quality, r&d, usability, etc) then unfortunately no. More flexible working options are available in sales and business consulting
