The bank doesnt train anyone. And half the co workers have so ial anxiety and dont know how to talk to customers
Not great. I am given a hard time by Branch Administration when I request that I am only staffed in branches that I was hired for and not sent 20+ miles away. When I submit mileage vouchers that NY State deems I qualify for they try to deny them.
Customer care. Their Assistant Vice President takes advantage of seniors and is rude to customers. He told one women she was a real beach. The woman was a care giver to seniors who had a really bad day, but was still trying to make burial arrangements for her 94 year old and long-term customer!
