
The people I work with are great! However, the culture from the top down is one of chaos. There is no planning, and everything they decide to do they need immediately. There are unrealistic expectations for deadlines and you are expected to work 24/7 to accomplish these unreasonable deadlines. Everything is a rush project, and if something goes wrong there is finger pointing and they are never pointing to the people that are truly responsible.
Everyone is frightened no idea as per what quick training you will be enrolled into day by day lol
In a word...at least at least between the powers that be at the corporate office...caustic and self serving.
wonderful and amazing. The culture here is unique and fun. It creates a healthy work life balance.
