Started good but over last few years it has gotten scary. Basic safty protocols and any semblance of standards is gone. The staff caring for the patients are dying trying to take care of the patients the way they need but the administrators only care about getting that money every way they can!
Supportive, but not overly involved. Once you're onboard, you kind of just keep swimming.
