Benefits are way too expensive
Management needs to get a clue and bullies need to stop being rewarded.
I was treated like an adult and asked intelligent real world questions, not things like "What color crayon would you be?"
Management is the biggest issue - micromanaging ridiculous things like dress code in an office setting when there is no long range planning.
The company was great before it went public. Once that happened it stopped being about customer relationships and became all about stock price.
