Compensation should be based on merit and performance vs. higher percentage merit/salary adjustments going to folks lower on payscale who don't contribute to the same degree
innovation and collaboration are at the forefront of everyone. most are open to leveraging others experience to approach with an 'us' mentality vs. striving for only personal success
Better balance between tenured employees style/processes and new, more efficient processes for collaboration (i.e. not every point of collaboration should require a call or meeting - using collaborative project management platforms)
All of the C-levels, VPs and Directors make themselves available to you to give project, career, and other feedback whenever you need it, including project direction and personal growth. While there is a reporting hierarchy, it doesn't feel that way which is refreshing.
