They are executing fast with decision being made at team level.
Always trying support the team, and helping their subordinates better not only their job skills, but skills that they will need in the future.

Instead of hiring worthless customer success managers. They should hire more people for the development teams to deal with the back log. Our customers would benefit.
The leadership team should look at the bigger picture and address the internal issues instead of portraying and following other tech companies. Deal with the managers/supervisors and their unfairness and mistreatment of subordinates.
