the guy that was interviewing me was very open and and talktive about the company
Spoke to a broad variety of staff. They got to know me and I got to know them assuring a good fit for both parties.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes weeks and months to get through the process. Many interviewers do not have the credentials, not expertise to interview highly skilled candidates. The questions and process do not reflect the job requirements. Many of the HR and Organizational Dynamics people left the company.
