- What needs to change to make the company culture better?This company has bangwagon jumped into the unnecessary wokeness. The CEO Vlogs are so fake it's like watching a soap opera. Not sure whom buys into his Vlogs so fake and setup. Just be yourself and stop acting like some grand software company. Vertex is not Google please stop acting like your are.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Work life balance used to be incheck but anymore it's a complete grind. Health benefits turn to high deductible health insurance insanely expensive. The unlimited vacation is nice but it's not stopping people from leaving.
