When I started there was mention of a bonus program, but upon execution there it has been no where in site. We work on OKR which are stretch goals, but they are not tied to compensation in any way.
They really listen to staff feedback from the NPS survey and take action based on that feedback. Sometimes I feel they are a little too responsive on that feedback, making it feel like we're switching from priority to priority every other month rather than sticking with an initiative.
