I've only been with the company for 2 months. It has been interesting to see the achievements and realize the growth potential we have. I'm excited because I know there's still a lot to do and we're going to have a lot of fun along the way.

We are all with different personalities and get along very well. We can understand each other's strengths and use them to achieve our common goals. Even though we are in different locations, somehow we can feel that we are always together.

I love to be working, but the extra vacations days we have at Viz.ai is exciting because covid kept us away from the people we love and having more days will help me get to see them. My answer is the 25 + 3 days off per year.

In Portugal, I love the fact that we get together on Fridays for a social moment between the whole team from Portugal. This moment is very important for the us, mainly because we are working remotely. I really like the way that People and Talent meetings are done, very interactive with everyone.
