It's hard to name only 1 thing. I'd probably say the work/life balance. I am able to get my work done, and still be an active parent/wife without feeling guilty. That's something that means a lot to me.
I think CS is asked to manage a lot and also sell a lot. I think the percentage on contract renewals and any cross-sell/up-sells should be higher. The CS team manages the entire customer relationship, but the sales and IDN teams benefit the most from it.
We can call on each other when we need help understanding something. We all experience different things with our customers, so it's refreshing to have someone to bounce things off of. I have also gotten really close to some of my colleagues. I think most of the people at Viz are really special.
