They are all transparent, collaborative, and they are passionate about what they do.

Ability to work remotely makes a good work environment
Our team is the best. We have a group that has taken years to assemble made up of subject matter experts who are open to discussions and new ideas. Ours is the best team ever.
We all get along well because everyone is very interested in the well being of the company. We all work very hard so we work as a team and that is very rewarding.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It seems everyone is always avoiding making decisions and even worse than that, if someone steps up and tries to make a decision then everyone tells them why that is a bad decision.
