    Listen to employees more, focus less on "service related numbers" such as how fast an ex is done or how fast a phone is answered . Allow pharmacist to focus on patient care, accuracy and safety instead of applying pressure on speed.

    Stop using metrics to deny raises and bonuses to good workers to save money for the CEOs your workers drive profit more and in this staff shortage the way you treat loyal staff is despicable that’s why everyone is leaving.

    If we see someone stealing, we shouldnt have to just turn the other cheek and pretend it didnt happen just because they were out of our sight a moment.

    Pay your staff that does love 500 scripts a day more than minimum wage. And hire more staff. Stop expecting your people to be superhuman.
