Only hiring the best means it can be demotivating when the team isn't delivering due to reasons out of the team's control.
Provide autonomy to drive the team's goal and initiatives even if that may be overridden at times. Otherwise the support is there when needed.
Amazing culture and desire to push the company forward to success. Work environment isn't the best in the industry but improvements are being made consistently.
