
They're honest, real people. I feel like I can know that what they're telling me is transparent and useful information
We push each other harder and I can know that they are some of the brightest, driven people in the region.
I'm given $1000 a year to educate myself, however I feel I need it. I'm compensated for writing blog posts and giving presentations, and if I get certified there are pay bumps that go along with that, too. The culture of Weave is self improvement, but they also back it up the with incentives.
I feel like they really got to know me. It was long, and I actually interviewed twice because I didn't get in the first time. But in the second time around, they were able to see me for who I was - a guy who really needed to work at Weave. Rather than just rote questioning.
