leadership works hard to exemplify values and care about people (employees and customers)

we really are treated as people instead of employees. i can walk up and speak directly, with positive or negative thoughts to any exec without fear. our leadership is also competent, so there is a level of empathy and relatedness to the single contributor's pains. finally, their transparency.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
i would say the 401k, but honestly, the compensation pales in comparison to the trust the company places in its employees, whether it's ideas, PTO, WFH, ability, and everything else in between

Close-knit and good balance of working hard while building relationships.

No ego maniacs. Everyone in my department that I interact with is very open to feedback, alternatives and willing to provide the same. Everyone also seems legitimately interested in improving and being the best at what we do for the right reasons.
