Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CTO is not very good at his job
I would like greater transparency with stock options and access to more with promotions. I'd also like us to explore better benefits packages.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
i had over 5 interviews and dont even manage anyone
Clear communication. And don't make people wait forever and then send them home when someone isn't available for the scheduled interview!

Flex Fridays where I can work from home or have every other Friday off to take care of things in my personal life. It's hard to stay on top of everything when I am working so much.
