What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pushing themselves. They're bringing in peers that will help them to create a truly phenomenal company. The learning curve is high and we have a lot to do, but they're always packed with positivity that we'll accomplish hard things.

I think it is amazing that every employee gets options at Weave. NOT RSUs but actual options. That is very rare for tech companies. Also I thought it was amazing how transparent the CFO was in training the company on what this means and the impact it could have in the future.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like greater transparency with stock options and access to more with promotions. I'd also like us to explore better benefits packages.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was a consultant for two months. It was nice to get to know the team and have a trial run instead of a typical interview.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Flex Fridays where I can work from home or have every other Friday off to take care of things in my personal life. It's hard to stay on top of everything when I am working so much.
