I think the team really cares about one another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the people that work here and try to treat them as equals. I am impressed how they are constantly doubling down on the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I had so many interviews. Some people hate this but for me it showed they value the people enough that they make sure everyone is on board.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving good problems that are a result of a fast growing tech company. The opportunity to see your finger prints/impact on the business with your everyday work is exciting and motivating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it is amazing that every employee gets options at Weave. NOT RSUs but actual options. That is very rare for tech companies. Also I thought it was amazing how transparent the CFO was in training the company on what this means and the impact it could have in the future.
