i would say the 401k, but honestly, the compensation pales in comparison to the trust the company places in its employees, whether it's ideas, PTO, WFH, ability, and everything else in between

we really are treated as people instead of employees. i can walk up and speak directly, with positive or negative thoughts to any exec without fear. our leadership is also competent, so there is a level of empathy and relatedness to the single contributor's pains. finally, their transparency.
